DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a UK Transport Planning Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Responsiblity for the delivery of service and operational excellence in the UK Network business.
- Accountable for the delivery of initiatives & savings across own area of responsibility
- Leading H&S, Engagement, Carrier Management, LP compliance, Employee development and Succession Planning across the UK Planning team.
- To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships within the UK Network
- Accountable for Engagement, Employee development and Succession planning across the UK Planning team.
- Responsible for carrier management, engagement and regular reviews of performance
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- UK Transport & Planning experience
- Transport Planning Manager Experience
- IT Literate, with all Microsoft office packages
- Customer relationship management skills
