Undergraduate It Support Administrator

We have exciting opportunities for Undergraduate IT Support Administrators to join our team based in Caterham, Surrey, on 12-month placements in 2024.

You will gain valuable hands-on experience in our Technology team, seeing you support multiple users with IT queries across the business and assisting with installations of equipment and software. You will also support in designing, developing and maintaining of our internal and remote IT infrastructure, as well as involvement with ongoing IT projects.

About you:

• Studying a relevant degree within Computer Network and Systems or Computer Science
• An understanding of networking (IP address and DNS)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff/users across the business
• Highly organised with ability to priorities multiple tasks
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• All applicants must demonstrate the following
