The day to day
The primary focus of this position will involve overseeing and leading the Underwriting Accounting Team, who are responsible for the production and analysis of GAAP and Solvency II underwriting information. Whilst the team are responsible for a large amount of the Management reporting that is used to support the development of the business, you`ll have the opportunity to lead the process improvement and generate reporting efficiencies as well as providing complete, accurate and timely provision of actual, planning, and forecasting information which is used by numerous stakeholders in the business.
About you
You'll be a qualified Accountant with prior Insurance Accounting experience within the Lloyd's market, and you`ll be able to showcase your expertise in team management as well as your ability to identify and implement process and system development.
