I am working with a leading London Market Insurance organisation who are looking for a Underwriting Controls Analyst to come and join them. Your personal responsibilities will include:
Underwriting controls - performing weekly detailed reviews of risks that gave been written. As well as work.Processes and Procedures - working along side the underwriting team to provide support on operational performance, process and key controls. Aswell as some shared responsibilities working with Projects and Change providing support to ensure successful delivery.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze Underwriting Controls and processes
* Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Collaborate with underwriting team to optimize operations
* Document findings and recommend solutions
Key Skills:
* Experience in operations within the Insurance industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
* Knowledge of underwriting processes and controls
In order to be considered for this role you must have
* Previous insurance Analyst/Admin experience, preferably within the Lloyd's environment.
* Good working knowledge of insurance/reinsurance contract types, structures, clauses, and operation.
* Working knowledge of claims processes.
