Unlock Your Potential: Unqualified Children's Youth Worker Wanted

Classroom Recruiters is Revolutionizing Child Support - Be a Part of Something Extraordinary!

Are you ready to break the mold and make a significant impact on the lives of children? Classroom Recruiters has initiated a groundbreaking program, reaching out to individuals from diverse backgrounds to join us in supporting children who need 1:1 assistance. We've witnessed remarkable success by thinking outside the box when recruiting from various fields, and now, we're extending an invitation to sports coaches, players, Youth Workers, counselors, social workers, mentors, tutors, mental health workers, and support workers.

Start Date: ASAP

Are you passionate and ready to work with children who need extra support? We are searching for champions who want to be the guiding hand steering children back onto the right track. If you're uncertain about the impact a sports coach can have, take a moment to watch the video of the famous football player Ian Dale meeting his old football coach on YouTube. Witness the overwhelming emotions and tears as he credits his coach as a key reason for his success. We are looking for individuals who aspire to create a profound impact on the lives of children across the Derby area.

What this role is all about!! We're not just looking for a mentor; we need a creative individual with a passion for developing children's education. If you're someone who can craft a positive environment and help create a fun, inclusive atmosphere, then this may be the role for you. Are you positive, possessing a can-do attitude, and firmly believe that no child should be left behind? If so, you're the perfect fit for our team. We are seeking energetic inclusion specialists to step into the role of behavior mentors for children in need of extra support.

We are looking for people who have the skills to take the time to get to know these pupils on an individual level and build a positive working relationship with them. Our ideal candidates come from a range of different backgrounds and bring unique perspectives and experiences that add significant value to this role. We've found that individuals from diverse backgrounds excel in the realm of children's support work and are exceptionally adept at helping troubled teenagers reengage with education. Your varied background equips you with a rich tapestry of skills and insights that can truly make a difference in the lives of these students.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to apply your creativity and ingenuity to tailor interventions and support strategies that meet the specific needs of each student. You'll serve as a beacon of positivity, instilling confidence and resilience in those you mentor. Your dedication to building meaningful connections with students will be paramount as you guide them through challenges and celebrate their successes.

By fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, you'll empower students to embrace their potential and thrive academically and socially. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of these young individuals, ensuring that no child is left behind in their educational journey. If you're ready to channel your passion and energy into transforming lives, we invite you to join us in this rewarding endeavor.

Contract: All staff start on a temp basis - with an opportunity for a permanent contract.

What We Offer:

  • A chance to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
  • Tools and resources needed for your success.
