User Experience Team Leader
£31,607 - £36,371 (pro rata)
Wednesday-Friday 4.45pm-9.15pm during term time plus 70 hours of contact time.

What you’ll be doing
As part of our User Experience Team Leader team, you will contribute to leading the delivery of high quality Library services, ensuring a consistent, responsive and effective User Experience for staff, students and visitors using library spaces and services. You will be responsible for leading a team of on-campus Information Assistants at a designated site (our City campus library and library-managed spaces in centre of Nottingham in the first instance), but will be flexible to work at other sites as required.

With a customer service background and an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, you will have experience of contributing to a high-quality, customer-facing service.
You will be creative, self-motivated, adaptable and in possession of a ‘can-do’ attitude. You will bring outstanding communication skills and the determination to exceed customer expectations, along with an agile and creative approach to problem-solving.

Please note: This an annualised hours contract, term-time only and based at our City site in the first instance. Your working pattern will be Wednesday – Friday, 4.45pm – 9:15pm during term times, plus 70 hours of contact time. Contact time is used to attend essential meetings outside of contracted working hours. There will be a requirement to work up to three Bank Holidays/University Closure Days.
