Raise a Glass… due to restructure we have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Head of Customer Development to join our award-winning team at Encirc and lead the new Business Development, Sales Support, and Customer Demand Planning Teams.
Reporting into the ExCo Sales and Marketing Director – Glass, you will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing the business 5-year strategy, providing leadership to the Sales Support Teams across our 2 UK sites and have the overall responsibility for growing Encirc market share in several different diverse markets.
As Head of Customer Development, you will ensure maximising efficiency, service propositions and customer value for the Company whilst ensuring “best in class” service and support for our customers.
The Key Requirements
- Experience in business development management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, sales support, or customer demand planning.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and demand forecasting.
- Exceptional leadership, people development and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. Experience of Salesforce.com and Anaplan would be beneficial, but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data and market trends.
- Commitment to customers – evident customer-centric focus, performance accountability, innovation and adaptability, positive energy, respect, teamwork, and absolute integrity.
- Driven and highly motivated individual with a collaborative style.
