Vacancies Key Accounts Assistant

Overview of the role

As a Key Accounts Assistant, you will be taking orders from pharmacies as well as developing new accounts and relationships. The role involves a mixture of inbound and outbound calls. This role will be working 5 days on site in Redditch, with the working pattern being Monday - Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm.

Main Responsibility

• Taking inbound calls, placing orders for Pharmacies.
• Upselling and promoting offers and new lines to Pharmacies.
• Building relationships with owners/managers of groups.
• Providing field sales reps with information when requested.
• Monitor transactions and investigate irregular purchases.
• Help and investigate distribution complaints.
• Assist with product recalls
