The Assistant Accountant will be based from our head office in Kidderminster on a full-time basis.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Chasing debtors across all business units.
Managing and taking credit card payments.
Sending statements.
Handling debtor queries and raising credit notes for queried invoices to the sales ledger as required.
Allocating payments received.
Releasing orders.
Reviewing credit checks and revising credit limits.
Managing credit checks for new customers and setting the credit limits.
Setting up new customer accounts.
Complete Month-End requirements.
Use Sage Line 50 and other in-house software.
General support and administration duties.
AAT Level 2 or above.
