Quality Manager | Permanent | £65,000 - £75,000
As Quality Manager, you will lead by example, ensuring expected standards are met, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and to educate and influence others. You will have experience in Quality/Technical Leadership within a fast paced manufacturing environment, as well as being able to write reports and present to all organisational levels. You will also have Quality System development, implementation and management knowledge.

As our next Quality Manger, you will be a key member of the senior team, delivering a Quality centric message that fits with operational aspirations and customer expectations. You’ll be responsible for driving a Quality focused culture within a fast paced, technically diverse manufacturing environment in collaboration with all functional teams. You’ll be implementing quality control standards to deliver a ‘right first time’ approach that meets, both internal and external customer needs. As well as leading, developing and mentoring a team to deliver high performance and consistent levels of quality control.
The Key Requirements
- Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving Tools experience
- Knowledge/experience of glass manufacturing and inspection techniques – preferred
- Experienced in Quality Control methodology, sampling plans, statistical analysis & control of non-conforming product processes
