Technical & Quality Manager| PERMANENT | up to £70,000
A fantastic opportunity to join the team as Technical & Quality Manager , in this role you will be accountable for the development, implementation and control of regulatory, Technical and Quality processes throughout our beverage operations. You will also ensure effective systems are in place to deliver company, customer, and regulatory authority requirements for food safety, product quality, cost and customer service
The Key Requirements
- Advanced and tangible Quality organisation leadership experience within highly regulated environments.
- Food Safety and Quality Systems / BRC / ISF / ISO / HACCP or significant an advantage
- Knowledge and tangible experience of lean practices and problem-solving techniques
- Principles of Quality Management, previous accountable roles.
- Strong leadership skills – communication, engagement & motivational skills
- Product / Industry knowledge
