Service Care Solutions, in collaboration with a leading client, is recruiting for a Value Management Business Partner to support the delivery of an ongoing value improvement programme across the Major Projects Directorate (M portfolio.
This role offers a fantastic chance to contribute to high-profile projects, drive continuous improvement, and optimise delivery processes.
Location: London, UK (Flexible working options)
Pay Rate: £300-£450 per day

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Value Management plans in assigned PMUs, aligning with the Pathway.


• Organise and lead workshops, leveraging experience from across TfL to facilitate value/lessons learned/root cause analysis.


• Programme manage PMU value initiatives through key stages of the delivery lifecycle.


• Co-lead the Value Community of Practice events and drive knowledge sharing and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.


• Manage the Lessons Learned (LL) portal and contribute to a positive safety culture within MPD projects.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of capital projects and programmes, emphasising Value Management.


• Proficiency in PPM Systems and Tools.


• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.


• Technical skills in Project Management, Programme Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Life Cycles, Frameworks and Methodologies, and Information Management & Reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on Value Management and project/programme delivery.


• Relevant professional qualifications in project/programme management.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
