This Top 10 Firm are going through a really strong growth phase - with fee line growth of over 10% in the last year. This has been gained through a mix of winning new clients, and through a high level of acquisitions. They're a super exciting business, with very modern offices and great transport links!
What you will do in the role:
- Overall responsibility in the team for the delivery of high quality VAT advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Supervision, training and mentoring of other members of staff.
- Being involved in business development and proposal activity.
- Ensuring all risk procedures are adhered to.
What you will need:
- Strong experience within VAT or Indirect Tax
- People management experience
- CTA or ATT Qualified
What you will get in return:
- Base salary above market average - £80,000 - £100,000
- Flexible WFH policy, roughly in the office 2 days per week
- Ability to own your portfolio and specialise/generalise as desired
- Internal L&D team to aide your personal and professional development
