VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR
£26,000 p.a.
We have an exciting new vacancy to join a growing team on the outskirts of Leeds (LS12) This is a busy, varied role that would suit someone with experience of working on a service desk or within the motor industry. The team of two is expanding so it is a great time to join.
WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:
- Office based role.
- Monday - Friday 8.30am- 5.30pm.
- Up to £26,000 depending on experience.
- Christmas shutdown

A SNAPSHOT OF THE VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR'S DAY:
- Develop relationships with dealers and garages to ensure the best outcome.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle repairs.
- Be responsible for all administration associated with each case.
- Effectively manage time to ensure workload remains up to date.
- Challenge network providers in a way that minimises downtime.
