Pay Rate: £300 - £450 per day via umbrella
Minimum requirement:
- Experience of working with/understanding vehicle regulations and standards
- Work from technical drawings, diagrams and specifications.
- Operating test and recording equipment
- Drivers licence - possibly held additional driving permits
- Analysing data or documents and reporting on findings.
- Electronics background useful as will be using robots
Summary of role:
- Carrying out vehicle system safety testing for vehicles fitted with ADAS and Automated Driving Systems
- Working from the technical specification of the vehicle to be tested and selecting the tests that need to be carried out.
- Select and configure the appropriate test equipment and facilities.
- Prepare the test vehicle with all necessary test equipment, carry out the tests and report results.
