As a Visual and Marketing coordinator, you will focus primarily on visuals to provide support and direction to our EU Retail Stores & Franchise Partners to deliver customers a world class in-store shopping experience. You will develop window presentations for all European stores whilst supporting the development of
windows and graphic rollouts, including creative direction, distro creation, project management, shipping, tracking, and store communication. You will create comprehensive visual guides, for stores so they can easily understand direction and execute consistently. Manage requests for web imagery to be created to ensure the Skechers brand is accurately represented as well as support the planning and execution of marketing promotions and campaigns. This role entails partnering closely with Merchandising teams, to ensure the product aligns with the planned calendar. The Graphics department to develop and manage the process from inception to execution as well as collaborating with European Retail Management, Retail stores, Corporate and Country Management to meet visual and marketing needs. - Experience working with Franchise Partners would be desirable.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude
- Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
- Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly.
- Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe applications would be an advantage.
Minimal travel may be required as necessary.
