Key Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar management
Responsibilities
- Coordinate events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Manage Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all visitors.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Invoice handling.
- Administration duties
