SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Volunteer Team Leaderto join our team. You will join us working 21 hours per week on a permanent basis and will be based at our Belfast site. In return you will receive a salary of up to £15,459.37 per annum plus excellent benefits.

Our adoption and homing centres care for thousands of cats each year until they are able to find a loving new home. Responsibilities of our Volunteer Team Leader:
As Volunteer Team Leader you will promote and co-ordinate volunteering for the centre. You will recruit, train, schedule and support a team of diverse volunteers to enhance the smooth running of volunteer activities within the centre and the local community, in all aspects of your work.
What we’re looking for in our Volunteer Team Leader:
- A full, manual driving license is essential
- proven Team Leader/supervisory experience of both employees and volunteers
- good organisational skills
- ability to work as part of a team whilst also being able to work on own initiative accurately and under pressure
- understanding of volunteer management
