Your role will be varied, responsibilities will include:

 Participate in various events and activities organised by the charity.

 Interact with individuals, families, or communities benefiting from the charity’s services.

 Show empathy, compassion, and respect towards all beneficiaries.

 Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and donors.

 Act as an ambassador for the organization and positively represent its values.

 Arrive on time and be reliable in fulfilling your volunteer commitments.

 Show respect towards fellow volunteers, staff, and beneficiaries.

 Follow instructions provided by the charity’s staff or coordinators.

 Ask for clarification or help when needed.

The Requirements:

 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathically with diverse groups of people.

 Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

 Passion for community service and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

 Flexibility in availability including evenings and weekends.
