De Courceys Manor is an award winning wedding and events venue situated on the outskirts of Cardiff.
We are currently seeking individuals to join our team with special emphasis on Waiting & Bar service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and workstations
- Assist with catering events and banquet setups as needed
Specifications:
- Confident and pleasant demeanour when serving customers
- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred
- Ability to work in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Reliable and with can-do attitude
- Following company dress-code, looking presentable at all times
- Own transportation (or reliable transport) to and from work is essential due to our rural location
