We are actively recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Warehouse Coordinator to join our clients busy team based in Lichfield.
Previous experience within a similar role is essential and counterbalance forklift experience would also be advantageous.
The main purpose of the Warehouse Administrator role is to work closely with colleagues to ensure all warehouse functions are smooth and working efficiently.
The role will involve:
- Booking stock in accurately and ensuring the warehouse management system is kept accurately up to date
- Format and distribute pick lists to warehouse colleagues
- Dealing with incoming calls/emails efficiently
- Liaise with other departments to ensure customers are kept up to date on orders
- Assist in producing management reports
- Assist colleagues complete warehouse/forklift tasks as required
- General administration tasks as required
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 - some flexibility may be available
