The Role:

The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all stock allocation on system SAGE 200 for customer orders.
- Despatch and invoice all customer orders.
- Credit processing
- Monthly Date Checks
- Manage and record Damages.
- Stock Allocations to pick location.
- Stock relocations/Gap analysis
- Stock Queries from sales team
- Allocation of New stock lines
- Weekly cycle counting
- Stock Take Prep
- Stock Holding Reports
- Daily Stock Adjustments
- General Stock Duties
- Compliance with Bonded warehouse for HMRC
- Liaison with reorder team
- To ensure all company policies are adhered too according to all stock control SOPs for compliance management.
- Perform any other duties within the warehouse.
Essentail Criteria:
- Previous warehouse experience advantageous
- Knowledge of stock systems and excel and Microsoft systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player with experience in working to deadlines.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and organise the shift duties.
- High level of productivity
- A good knowledge of Math’s & English
- Flexible and available to work outside normal working hours if required.
