Role
The Warehouse administrator job role will be booking in deliveries of packaging – brought in goods (choc bars) – Data entry of finished goods/WIP.
Scanning paperwork and assisting with weekly/monthly stock checks.
Responsibility
(Including but not limited to):
- Using the PDECON system to merge pallets ready for loads.
- Scanning over any goods out paperwork to relevant department daily.
- Keying in data using the Adelia system for finished goods and WIP products by inputting the B-Form locations accurately.
- The booking in of chocolate bar delivery from Cemoi using the correct day codes/amounts and scanning over paperwork to IT department.
- Entering onto the system return materials after production runs.
- The booking in of cardboard and cello delivery’s accurately using the tablet GRN system and liaising with the Material Controller on any discrepancies.
- Liaise with QA know regarding cello and chocolate bar deliveries to enable QA to carry out checks.
- Printing GRN labels for pallet delivery’s/returns as and when required.
- Assisting service personnel with print outs for WIP books using FIFO.
- Attend and competently carry out weekly/monthly/annual stock checks as required.
- Performing all aspects of the role to the required standard, in line with the written procedures identified in the training and assessment records.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations to provide a safe working environment for you and your colleagues.
- Comply with company personal hygiene policies at all times.
- Carry out cleaning tasks as directed by the key-operator/manager.
- Follow ‘clean-as-you-go’ principles to ensure the surrounding area is clean and tidy at all times
- Attend and be receptive to any training required for this role.
Skills
- Ideally hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and Chemical Safety certificate
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent in basic software
- Self motivated
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills
