- The Wincanton way, we require someone to ensure the site works within legislative and Wincanton requirements, taking account of health & safety, implementing a culture where it is paramount at all times
- Forward thinking, ensure warehouse procedural controls and processes are updated and maintained in line with the health & safety and good working practices
- Someone people focussed and able to assist in the effective management of the team (communications, attendance, performance, and conduct)
- Someone who understands the warehouse and is able to plan and co-ordinate activity in line with projected volumes Support and lead a team function within the warehouse to deliver the expected customer service in terms of quality, cost and lead time and report results in a timely manner
