We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team in Wellingborough. As a WarehouseOperative, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a multi-temperature environment, meaning you will work across different temperature zones to store and distribute our products.
This is a full-time, permanent role with two shifts: 06:00-15:00 and 13:00-22:00, alternating every two weeks on an 8-week pattern. This pattern ensures that you work an equal number of early and late shifts over the 8 weeks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Working in a multi-temperature environment (chill and ambient) while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards
- Picking goods into totes and cages using a voice recognition system, and you will receive full training to ensure your success
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Be comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment- Previous experience working in a warehouse (preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
