My client, a market leading technical engineering organisation, based in Westbrook, Warrington, are looking to recruit on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, a warehouse/logistics operative to start ASAP.
- Salary: £26,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
- FLT Counterbalance essential
- Driving Licence essential
- IT/Computer proficient
The warehouse/logistics operative will be required to fulfil all warehouse/logistics duties as detailed below, in addition to driving to various sites to assist engineers in the loading/unloading, & installation, of technical equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update inhouse inventory system.
- Receive & check deliveries.
- Label, organise and putaway stock into correct locations.
- Prepare picks for engineer installations.
- Pack, label, barcode, and load pallets, accurate to order details, to be shipped for engineer installations.
- Unload stock returning from previous installations, ensuring stock is in a clean and safe state to be reused for future installations.
- Keep warehouse clean and tidy.
