Customer Service Assistant

Sterling Personnel are currently working alongside an eCommerce fulfilment service based in Crewe (CW1).

Job Role: Customer Service Assistant/Operational support
Location: Crewe, CW1
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £25k

Role Purpose:

To assist the Customer Services Team in the support of customers queries proactively providing day to day resolutions. In addition, working with the Operations department optimizing business improvements within productivity & resolutions.     

Responsibilities:

• Responding to and providing feedback to customers regarding issues raised.
• Providing support to customers on a day to day basis.
• Building relationships with Customers and key contacts
• Investigate and resolve and complaints promptly
• Take ownership of tasks until resolution
• Complete customer requirements in line with company SLA’s
• Record, update and maintain data on CRM system  

Experience:

• Have a can-do attitude and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be a great team player
• A background in Customer Services is preferable but not essential
• Problem solver with the ability to make logical decisions.
• Microsoft Office skills
