Warehouse Manager

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement processes to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs.
- Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
- Work with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to coordinate transportation and warehousing activities.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Experience with supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £19,601.19-£44,122.78 per year
