Key Responsibilities 

• Optimise workflow: Streamline and enhance Warehouse Operations to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and shipping stock.
• Team Leader: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve overall warehouse performance.
• Inventory Management: Implement robust inventory control measures to minimise discrepancies, reduce stockouts, and optimise stock levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Facilities: Design and shape new warehouse move. 

Knowledge and skills

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• IOSH, Food Safety, HSCCP 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
