Senior PFI Operations Manager
Based mainly at the Romford sire but weekly visits to site in Roehampton

Resourcing Group has an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading technical services, providing FM, regeneration and energy services all over the UK
The main responsibilities of this role will be, delivering the M&E lifecycle replacement, and Medical Equipment Services maintenance and lifecycle replacement. As well as leading a team of project managers, plus technical and administrative support, and senior point of contact for clients, including service delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate would be a driven individual to add expertise and rigour to the projects team at the hospital. The individual will be able to demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in responding to a changing workload and business imperatives while able to establish excellent working relationships within the existing team and stakeholders alike. Experience within a contractual environment delivering M&E projects is essential, ideally in a PFI / government environment.
Qualifications or required experience
- Essential - Operational, client facing experience managing PFI Healthcare contracts.
- Essential - Strong understanding of project delivery fundamentals (e.g. CDM)
- Essential - Strong understanding of FM, and Lifecycle planning and delivery interface.
- Desirable - Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical engineering and HTMs.
- Desirable - Qualification in project or asset management.
- Desirable - Commercial contract knowledge and experience.
