About the Role

The position of Warehouse Supervisor offers an exciting chance to assume a supervisory and influential role within a small team. Leveraging your expertise and experience, you'll strive to deliver exceptional service, meeting all KPIs for our valued customers.

It is imperative to implement and adhere to Work Procedures for the equipment support facility, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement. Achieving high levels of inventory accuracy through annual stock take/cycle counts is a priority, as is ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in all shipment transactions.

Efficient utilization of the Warehouse Management System to support operations and maintain reporting accuracy is crucial. Supervision and monitoring of correct Health and Safety procedures on the shop floor are paramount, along with maintaining good housekeeping throughout goods in/out, inventory, and storage areas.

Furthermore, the ability to impart skills and provide active support and guidance to colleagues is important. Supervising urgent outloads of Project materials to meet client instructions is part of the role's responsibilities.

Conducting weekly/monthly Safety audits and ensuring timely resolution of any issues as required are integral aspects of the position. Additionally, the individual may be assigned other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• A minimum of 5 years Warehouse Supervision experience
• An excellent awareness of Health and Safety issues supported by relevant qualifications
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems at a supervisor level
• High degree of IT literacy and able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of spreadsheets

Desirable

• Forklift Qualifications
• Certified to control the storage and despatch of materials requiring Dangerous Goods Notes (ADR and IATA)
