The mission of the E-Commerce Warehouse Team Leader is to join KIKO MILANO’s UK Team and reporting to the Country Director to handle KIKO distribution in our UK E-Commerce Channel.
In particular, you will:
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and precise manner.
- Entrust shipments headed to clients.
- Coordinate warehouse resources and freight forwarders to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments, in inbound and outbound.
- Organize special shipping arrangements when necessary.
- Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse.
- Be a reference point for HQ office for Replenishment of UK e-commerce channels.
- Support the Replenishment Order calculation for UK e-commerce channels in collaboration with HQ team.
- Manage the Replenishment Order input for UK e-commerce channel.
- Monitor Supply chain KPI (i.e. service level, order fulfilment, stock rotation, …) and propose improvement initiatives.
- Develop supply chain processes.
- Support the Logistic Italian Team
- Communicate to Logistic Italian team damages and discrepancies of merchandising.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all merchandise received and distributed.
- Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity when dealing with HQ and suppliers.
- Ability to work in team and with remote colleagues.
- Good analytical skills
- Good in excel.
- 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in English, Italian language would be a plus
