Warehouse Team Leader

Position: Warehouse Team Leader

Day shift: £35,000

Location: Dagenham

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 06:00am - 14:00pm

Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple skilled Warehouse Team Leaders in Dagenham to start work immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leader in the design and manufacture of high performance automotive parts. You will be working as part of a wider team delivering projects to meet production targets.

Our client requires candidates who have experience working within a manufacturing/engineering warehouse environment and overseeing a team of warehouse operatives. You will have an understanding of and adherence to Health - Safety legislation including COSHH requirements.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for

• Oganising daily plan of action with team
• Ensuring team hit daily KPIS
• Use of MRP or similar systems
• Picking and packing items for delivery
• Picking parts for the production team
• Loading and unloading of materials
• Actively assist in the Goods in / Goods out department
• Checking stock and logging inventory
• Key skills for the role include, but not limited to: -
• Microsoft / Warehouse MRP experience - Desirable
• FLT / Counterbalance / Bendi Truck Licence - Desirable
• Work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be resourceful and adaptable with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable / good time keeping.
• Self-motivated / proactive / Solution Finding.
