About the role;
Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a fast-growing organisation based in the Wellesbourne area who are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader
Responsibilities;
Will be required to inspect & rework parts previous rework experience would be good, but a lot can be trained.
DRS Checking (Daily Timesheets) before submission - good level of speaking and writing (English)
Area clean up and organising for next shift.
Liaise with AML Hotline engineers to book parts to production - so good communication skills needed.
In time will be given the use of the Area laptop to coordinate parts coming in and out of the area, so any experience of using office package would be good, as he/she could be updating and sending spreadsheet and using the AML internal logistics system.
Be required to take part in daily shift handovers and meetings when needed.
Will be responsible for ensure the shift runs smoothly in a 1-3-person team.
About you;
Positive and self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
Attention to detail is of high importance as you will be required to follow work instructions and ensure any faults are highlighted.
You will need to have a good understanding of written and spoken English and be able to work with computers.
Knowledge of the Automotive industry and working within OEM's would be beneficial.
Experience of managing people across a number of different projects / assignments.
You must be flexiable with shifts.
