Dream Day Shift Monday-Friday (08:30 start) 36.25 hours per week.

Permanent role with fantastic future prospects

£27,000-£30,000 per annum

We are currently hiring for a positive and proactive Team Leader to join a well-known brand in the Rugby area.

This is a rare opportunity to join a company who are experiencing a period of growth and have exciting future plans.

The Logistics Team Leader will oversee the day to day running of a designated area, ensuring that quality and safety is never compromised.

Of course we are looking for an experienced and inspiring leader however personality fit is just as important. So the real question is: Can you keep a team engaged, motivated and upbeat?

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Delivering morning briefs
• Distributing workload fairly across the team
• Conducting return to work interviews, appraisals, reviews, 1-1's, disciplinary' s, grievance meeting with the team members
• Creating reports on Excel
• Ensuring KPI's and deadlines are met
• Liaising with couriers and ensuring goods are dispatched on time
• Managing onsite inventory and stock returns
• Administration duties e.g. emails and phone calls
• Site key holder

What experience and attributes does the perfect candidate have?

• Strong Logistics knowledge and previous supervisory experience
• Any production or electrical knowledge/experience would be beneficial
• Quality conscious and a can do attitude
• Customer focused and 'right first time' mentality
• Health and safety knowledge and experience
• Demonstrable track record of working to and implementing KPI's
• IT literate and intermediate knowledge of: Excel and other MS programmes
• A real motivator, passionate about training and supporting others!
• UK Drivers licence
