The Person:
As the Warehouse Team Leader. You will be passionate about people, with experience in leading diverse, high-performing teams with demonstrable success in employee engagement.
The Role Responsibilities:
The Team Leader will have responsibility for assisting in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations while supporting the Warehouse Operations Manager to achieve the agreed warehouse operating standards.

- A key motivator of our Warehouse Team, driving performance to achieve department and individual KPI’s, to deliver Quality, Service, and Cost.
- Responsible for Data-driven decision-making to manage performance and lead change.
- Delivery of company values, embedding team morale, and team engagement, through strong leadership support, coaching, development, and growth.
- Ensure adherence to all food manufacturing safety and quality standards, safeguarding the delivery of great-tasting, high-quality food products.
- Customer-focused, actively engaging with key stakeholders to exceed expectations.
- A key driver in the culture of continuous improvement, through manufacturing techniques, and lean process improvements. Challenging the status quo to lead teams in line with the company vision and values with a focus on safe systems of working and clear operating procedures.
Role Requirements:
As the Warehouse Team Leader, you will lead a team to manage and control stock and materials. You’ll ensure all stock is secured in a safe environment and maintain the warehouse to a high standard ensuring Health & Safety is the focus, followed by quality and performance.
- Previous Experience of leading a highly engaged team
- You must have a strong understanding of factory processes including HACCP, Standard Operating Procedures, and quality systems.
- You will be able to operate under your own initiative and support the management of substantial change, whilst ensuring that daily operational standards are maintained.
- You will be organised, and resilient with excellent numerical skills.
- You will be process-driven and people-orientated, able to support strong teams in a reactive environment with a demanding customer base.
- You have a passion for working within a progressive, people-centered environment with a track record for supporting continuous improvement and driving sustainable change.
