Our client is a market leader in their field and is offering a role where you will be responsible for all aspects of production and distribution operations.
They are looking for a real leader and person who wants to grow with them.
The role
- Managing staff on shift
- Making sure that day to day operations are running smoothly
- Recruiting, interviewing and training of new staff
- Managing rota's and weekly time sheets
- Maintaining safe working environment
- Dealing with any issues in a professional manor and escalating to the relevant departments
You must
- Confident in supervising a team
- Maintain a great working relationship and confident in conversing both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and extremely organised
- Methodical approach to day to day tasks
- Support the team and lead from the front
