Currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate and monitor the activities of a work group within a warehouse or plant setting. Team leads are responsible for providing on-the-job training as needed and ensuring completion of work, while complying with all company quality and safety processes. shift times are / rotating
Key Accountabilities:
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible for the coordination of shift start activities prior to start time (table requirements, paperwork, etc.).
- Ensure appropriate tools and materials are available for completion of jobs.
- Provide input to Supervisor or Manager regarding performance.
- Complete daily paperwork as assigned.
- Build customer relationships - both internal and external.

Minimum Requirements:
