Job Role: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Crick, Northamptonshire (accepting applications from surrounding areas)
Salary: £26,000 base salary
Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00

The client:
Interaction have partnered with a rapidly expanding, rewarding and innovate organisation based in Northamptonshire to support the growth of their engineering team. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader interested in learning, developing and progressing within the industrial cleaning machinery sector.

The Duties:
· Support the Stock Controller and Parts Supervisor when they are away from the business
· To manage the stock process for all goods inward, ensuring that all goods are fully transacted onto the system, and are located within the designated storage location within the companies 12 hour timescale
· Manage the stock process for all goods outwards, ensuring that all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly, and within the targeted timescale.
· Manage the customer returns processes
· Producing detailed and user-friendly reports on regular basis
· Maintain accurate stock records ensuring a rolling stock take is conducted through the year
· Identify and report any stock discrepancies
· Work with other departments to handle any supply issues, and resolve to an acceptable solution
· Comply with internal and external quality assurance audits
· Take responsibility for understanding and agreeing action plan for own development needs
· Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety and housekeeping
The Requirements:
· At least 3 years experience within a warehouse environment
· Previous Team Leader experience is a must
· A valid Counter Balance FLT License
· SAP knowledge is desirable
· Strong communicating skills
· Full UK Driving license
