Description
- Overseeing the management and development of the company's website and digital platforms.
- Managing the external digital agency, ensuring projects are delivered on-brief and on-time.
- Be the bridge between different teams across marketing, communications, and beyond, and providing technical upskilling on the website development.
- Working closely with the content team to ensure the website is up-to-date and reflective of the organisation's goals.
- Implementing SEO strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
- Monitoring and analysing website performance using a variety of web analytics tools.
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Profile
- Experience in managing websites and digital platforms, with a proven track record in increasing user engagement, ideally in a membership environment.
- Experience in gathering web analytics and using them to gather insights into the optimisation of the website.
- Experience with CMS systems, and in digitally optimising content.
- A strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent leadership skills and project management skills.
