Website Developer / Digital Marketer

Are you a talented individual with a passion for both web development and digital marketing? Think Signs Ltd, a leading printing company, is seeking a skilled Website Developer / Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team in our busy head office in Poole, Dorset.

About Us:

The Think Group comprises several companies, including Think Signs, Think Wraps, Solar Graphics, and Signs & Print Ltd., all dedicated to delivering top-notch printing solutions to our esteemed clients. As our group continues to expand, we are in search of a driven individual to oversee the development of our ecommerce website for Signs & Print, utilising the Magento2 platform. Additionally, this role will involve leading our digital marketing initiatives to boost sales and foster growth across our entire group of companies, including their respective websites and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain various company websites including our Ecommerce website
• Collaborate with our team to implement new features and enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
• Create and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website and social media channels.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Twitter) to engage with our audience and promote our products and services.
• Analyse website and social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and achieve business objectives.
• Manage bids and budgets effectively.
• Conduct regular site updates and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the website

Requirements:

• Proven experience in website development, particularly with Magento2 & WordPress.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Pay: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
