SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Student Veterinary Nurse to join our team here at MiNight Caterham!
This is a part time role working weekends only on a 1:6 rota (16 hours over a Saturday and Sunday). Ideal for gaining some experience in emergency out of hours work alongside your current Student Veterinary Nurse role. This role will always be working alongside an experienced full time nurse.
The SVN role is one of the foundations of an outstanding veterinary practice, as a SVN you would be involved in supporting our team of qualified RVNs and Vets to provide outstanding care to our patients, working alongside a lovely team of people. This role will involve animal handling, assisting vets and nurses in restraining animals for treatment, cleaning, walking and feeding patients, general cleaning and maintenance duties, answering phone calls, reception/admin cover, greeting clients and providing the highest standards of animal and customer care.
The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
