SalaryWelder / Fabricator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of bespoke machinery based near Tadley in Hampshire. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator with experience with TIG welding on stainless steel sheet material.
Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Overview
- Carrying out TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel sheet materials between 1 - 3mm.
- Working in line with production schedules and deadlines
- Setting up and operating fabrication equipment
- Implementing continuous improvements within the manufacturing department
- Reading, creating and interpreting welding drawings
- Maintaining the factory and onsite equipment
- Complying with the health and safety policies
Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Requirements
- Previous experience with TIG & MIG welding on stainless steel sheet materials
- Based in a commutable distance of Tadley, Hampshire
- High attention to detail
- Experience with fabrication machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read engineering drawings
Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Remuneration
- Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week.
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Increasing with tenure.
