Salary; 10.42 per hour
Shift Pattern; 8.45am - 5.15pm - Monday-Friday
Location; Market Harborough, Leicester
Our client a key supplier to an international media house, is seeking to appoint a Advisor for an order fulfilment project. This is an excellent opportunity to join this unique family business and work on an exciting project within a close knit family environment.
The Customer Service Advisor Role;
- All aspects of Customer Service, answering inbound and outbound calls
- Entering data on to in house systems
- Resolving customer queries
- Issuing replacement products
- Understanding customer needs
- Dealing with enquires in a friendly and efficient manner
- Despatching vouchers in the post
- Answering communication via email
- Work efficiently to ensure smooth running of the Customer Service department
Our Ideal Customer Service Advisor Candidate;
- Previous Customer Service experience either face to face or over the telephone
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be available for ongoing work
- Computer literate
- Based locally
