As a Wholesale Manager in BAPE, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth, maintaining profitability, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will shape our wholesale operations and contribute to our brand’s success.
What will you do?
As a Wholesale Manager, your main responsibility will be:
- Deep Knowledge in the Luxury Fashion/Streetwear wholesale markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to provide support, training and guidance as needed
- Work towards the achievement of sales targets, monitoring performance, providing feedback and conducting periodic business reviews.
- Oversee and ensure the sales order overview is up-to-date and accurate
- Responsible for identifying the growth opportunities of the brand in the UK and Europe
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape, to identify new opportunities, optimize distribution channels and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market analysis, and channel effectiveness to optimize distribution processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to channel partners by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with HQ to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve logistical challenges and manage inventory levels.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop joint marketing and promotional activities aligned with channel partners’ needs.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-8+ years of solid B2B sales experience in luxury fashion and Key department stores in the UK and Europe.
- Proficiency in data analysis (sell-in / sell out) , and inventory management.
- Preferably with a strong existing contact network.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of your role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all hierarchy levels
- Regular travel required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any additional language knowledge is a plus.
