Job description
The post-holder will have a pivotal contribution to make in supporting the quality of the Community Perinatal Mental Health Service. They will be responsible for providing an efficient administrative service to the Service Coordinator and team, facilitate data management including the collection, collation quality assure and upload data into the central Information System. The post holder will be required to facilitate research activity in an office environment that is maintained to the highest standards. They will be required to develop and maintain good working relationships with the Perinatal Mental Health team and the wide range of stakeholders both statuary and voluntary. This will include liaison with Trust HSCB, PHA and the National Board personnel, data managers and others necessary to the function of the service..

4 years experience in a clerical or administrative role.NVQ Lever 4 or equivalent, higher qualification in an administrative related field AND 1 years experience in a clerical / administrative role OR;5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths or equivalent, higher qualification AND 2 years experience in a clerical or administrative role.
