Working From Home Business Developer - Part Time - 12 Hours A Week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Part timeBusiness Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads and contacting new potential clients predominantly via email.

Daily Duties:

- Finding new potential client contact details and inputting this on to a spreadsheet

- Making initial contact with the potential client

- Record and make notes post contact

- Review ‘pitch’ approach and adapt where possible.

- Managing and planning next flow of contacts

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills

- Extensive writing skills for emails (grammar, punctuation and structure is important)

- Experience with working on spreadsheets

- Understanding of Construction hierarchy (Client, Project Management, Main Contractor, Contractor etc)
