Our client, a TV company, requires a Workplace Assistant to join them on a 3-4 week booking starting 2nd April.
We are looking for the following skillset:
- Ideally worked in a customer service and/or customer facing role with excellent communication and good people skills
- Comfortable working autonomously within a small workplace team
- Confident user of MS office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Health & Safety conscious with a 'can do/hands on’ attitude. If they have a H&S qualification either an ISOH or a NBOSH, that would be an advantage.
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- Able to confidently interact with colleagues at all levels
