An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Royal London in a new role supporting our purpose and delivering the Distribution strategy.
As a Workplace Engagement Consultant, you will develop and deliver market leading engagement campaigns to support Royal London workplace pension employers build the financial resilience of their members.
You will be working closely with the wider Distribution team to retain and grow key pension schemes.
You will be responsible for delivering educational content via face-to-face presentations and employee webinars, helping to raise pensions awareness, build financial wellbeing and showcase our available member support.
You will deliver consistently high quality, innovative and relevant communications that engage, enthuse, and inform members in a manner that satisfies all regulatory and compliance responsibilities.
As part of a newly established team, you will be remotely based but will be able to travel to employer meetings when required.
About the role
- Actively manage, plan, develop and deliver workplace pensions members engagement campaigns.
- Provide financial education and wellbeing services awareness to members onsite face to face as well as through virtual medium.
- Work with stakeholders across Distribution and other Group functions to drive the successful delivery of each campaign with an aim to deepen customer relationships.
- Identify and deploy the key internal specialists to support a specific campaign or project and manage these relationships through to successful delivery.
About you
- Good understanding of workplace pensions and, desirably wider employee benefits solutions.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience of presenting to large audiences both face to face and through virtual mediums.
- Ability to manage own resources and future planning of events to meet the needs of external stakeholders.
- Ability to adhere to our compliance / regulatory framework.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Certificate in Financial Planning and/or level 4 qualified or working towards completion.
