Join our award-winning family business, Beanmachines, as we seek a Workshop Engineer to join our close-knit team and support our growing customer base in the North and South of England.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various coffee machines, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and propose efficient solutions while ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
- Program coffee machines to maintain consistent quality and taste standards.
- Independently oversee workshop activities to maintain a seamless workflow and uphold organisation and cleanliness standards to minimise incidents.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to procure spare parts and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching spare parts and equipment.
- Utilise inventory management systems to monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

· Must have 1-2 years of experience working in a warehouse operations environment
· Preferably engineering experience on catering, coffee or vending machines Sanremo, Expobar, Fracino, La Spaziale, Cimbali, WMF or similar machines ideal.
· Must have excellent customer facing skills.
· Must have a good telephone manner.
